Board optimizations

I finally got a few hours to recombobulate the site for reference. A lot of the 'board unavailable' screens should be reduced.
Most of it was php-fpm's fault although I think I might ditch MySQL and see if there is a SQLlite mod I can use. SQL is easily 30% of the cloud node compute time.
